Ruffle back dress - Pattern by FooFoo Threads

This was my first attempt at shirring.  I have always avoided it as it looks so difficult.

Well I here to tell you it is easy as.

Back ruffles - I added an extra one.

Front is pretty with ruffle on bodice

And of course a matching headband

Lovely Isobel modeled it for me

Isobel loved it so much her mother had to wash the dress
every evening for 3 nights so Isobel could wear it the next day

Yummy Quinoa Bakes

I have lots of food intolerance's and I work on the road.  So getting something for lunch some days is quite a challenge.

I made these the other day and they are perfect.

The base recipe is 1 and 1/2 cups of Quinoa rinsed and cooked
And 6 eggs.

To this you add what ever you like
Spray your muffin pan, add mix and cook in 180 degree oven.

Here are some variations I have made.

Chicken, sundried tomatoes, capsicum, olives, onion, zucchini, goats cheese rolled in ash and basil.

Baby spinach, broccoli, grated carrot, grated zucchini, sliced mushrooms, 3 cloves of garlic.

1 grated zucchini, 1 grated carrot, I chopped onion, spinach leaves, sliced mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, chopped pumpkin and 3 cloves of garlic and Italian herbs.

The other great thing about these is they cook fast.

And they taste great cold.

Next I am going to make bacon, pumpkin and corn
and salmon and asparagus

Hope you enjoy!
